No more call centers or speaking to the on-call nurse. Your provider is available 24/7. This helps decrease urgent care and emergency department visits. Meet with your provider in-person, virtually, over the phone, or even via text message as much as you need wherever you are. This means unlimited visits with no additional fees.

In a Direct Primary Care practice your health information is not shared with insurance companies or any government entity. Your health information is for you and your healthcare team only.

A True Comprehensive Physical Exam

A yearly, comprehensive physical exam is included in every membership. This is tailored to your needs. We review your health goals for the year and plan for preventative care that is needed. Routine labs to evaluate your electrolytes, kidneys, liver, blood count, thyroid, cholesterol, vitamin levels, and sugar are also included

Unlimited Visits With Your Doctor

In-person, text, email, video. Whatever type of visit is appropriate and fits your schedule. You will never be charged for a visit no matter how many times you are seen. We believe frequent contact with a consistent primary care provider improves health outcomes.

Same Day and Next Day Appointments

No need to worry about if your provider can see you within the next week or two. Our goal is to serve you and help you avoid urgent care and emergency department visits. We believe that taking care of our patients when they need us is key to providing high-quality healthcare.

In-home visits offered for members in good standing only with additional $125 fee and must be within 20-mile radius.

For surgical procedure visits (sutures of lacerations and incision and drainage procedures), the only additional charge to subscription fee is cost of materials.

For individual appointments without a subscription it will be $89/visit, additional charges for procedures will be cost of materials

Subscription services are for a 6-month contract and then will be month-to-month. In order to cancel subscription will need 30 day notice prior to automatic billing cycle.
