Amanda Aldridge-Schamp, DNP, FNP-C is a doctoral prepared family nurse practitioner with 12 years experience as a nurse practitioner and 20+ years experience in nursing. She began her healthcare career in high school caring for a cancer patient in the home after school and on weekends. In her career she has experience caring for neonatal to aged adult patients in critical care settings, internal medicine setting and emergency settings. Over the years one key fact has remained constant and that is the need for personalized primary care medicine supporting patients in the home and meeting a person's individualized needs in a holistic manner, focusing on physical, emotional, and spiritual health. This is why she has opened a direct primary care practice model to serve and care for her patients and community.
